All municipalities in Wisconsin require voter registration prior to a person being allowed to vote. Reasons you may need to fill out a form are New WI Voter, Name Change or WI Address Change. WI Voter Registration is available at the high school office with Mrs. Dvorak, or by contacting Mr. Briggs in the social studies hallway.
