“Student Learning” is the mission of the Tomah Area School District and it rings true here at TMS.  This mission helps to remind and guide every decision we make focusing to help our students grow academically.  In addition, learning is more than just academics.  It’s also helping our students grown personally by specifically teaching the six pillars of character: Respect, Responsibility,Citizenship, Fairness, Trustworthiness, and Caring.

By addressing both the academic and character domains, we foster a positive learning environment where our students take personal ownership in their learning experience.

Sincerely,

Steven T. Buss
